Those were the days when couples enjoyed dating in one of the most
popular places in Manila, the Luneta Park. Because of its clean
surrounding, beautiful scenery and landscape and obviously providing a
cheap way of dating ;D it has been a famous place for dating.
Last March, my hon celebrated his 20th birthday. And so to create a new
wave and a new experience for us, I invited him to go to Luneta Park,
and that was a very cool adventure for us!
Since we didn't have a official photographer, we take our pictures individually so as to show the beautiful Rizal Monument.
The weather is nice at that time,
a bit of windy but that made the day more romantic. ^^
This is a souvenir, hahah! With just 5 pesos entrance fee we've got the chance to see the Japanese Garden.
We also liked to enter in the Chinese Garden but it's under renovation,sad.
One of the best thing that happened to us is when we take pictures under a coconut tree. *^^*
This video was made by me as (one of ^^) my Valentine's Day gift for my Takoyaki. I was just planning to cook ravioli for him because pasta was his all time favorite. But then at that time I was currently reading one of the best and heartwarming Nicholas Sparks novel, Message in the Bottle, I was inspired to do the video. I don't know how it inspires me to this because at the first place they're not related. It just gives me the push to go for this video. It took me until midnight just to finish the video, the saving it as a movie makes it longer. But it's worth because I made him surprise and happy. He was surprised because I saved the video in my flash drive. I asked him to save movies on it, and when he's home he saw the video when he opened the flash drive. ^^ I'm so happy that this video makes him even more happy and probably more in love with me. ^^

The first time I’ve heard of this song, I really cried a
lot. Because of its touching lyrics sung in a passionate tune. For me, this
song is about the love that is present between two people who are miles and
miles away from each other. It tells us how a person misses so much the one
he/she loves and how he/she wants to be with her/him. The song is all about the
magic of love and trust even when lovers are apart from each other. It is also
about the promise of forever and of being together for always. Distance is
never a hindrance for a heart that truly loves and hopes that one day they will
be together. That one day they will be facing each other’s white hair and
wrinkled face while watching that beautiful sunset with glasses in their eyes.

In everyone’s life, we faced different trials, temptations
and losses. There comes a time that were like a little child in the corner of
the room crying because of not having those things that we wanted. Sometimes,
we see the world just as a piece of crap, because everything around us is
against us. It’s true that we will really feel hopeless about ourselves, but
the song shows how God can make a big change in your life; giving you that
unexpected someone that will change your view about life and will show you how

This song “Completely” is our theme song. We both like this
song because it is full of emotions, love and compassion. This song is all
about loving someone completely, without any doubts…without any what ifs…and
without any fear of whatever tomorrow might bring. This song is full of promises…promises
for that special someone who’s their presence makes us complete… In this song
you will also feel the “floating” feeling of falling in love especially when
the person that you love feels the same way towards you. With its striking and yet simple words, I always
feel blessed that there’s someone who may never say those exact words for me
but his actions towards me are like of those lyrics. I’m lucky to have him by
my side and to have the chance to show him my love completely. ^^
I’m Shawarma and this is my first time to write a blog and I
don’t know what to write or what to share. It’s hard for me to think what would
this blog will be talking about, but I guess having this blog as a personal one
would be the best theme for me. I don’t know if there will be people who will
be reading and visiting my blog, I don’t really think about it. What I want to
do is just to express my feelings and experiences and to create memories
through blog.
In this blog, I will be writing about my experiences and
everything with the man that I love, my Takoyaki. Probably, if anyone who read
this will be wondering why Takoyaki and Shawarma? I used them as our pen names
or “secret names” just to be different and to make this blog cute. So really,
why Takoyaki and Shawarma? Simple, Takoyaki is his favorite and mine is Shawarma
that’s all.
Takoyaki is a very sweet, caring, funny and loving man. He
can be sometimes hot-tempered and jealous but all of that will fade away with
comforting words, hugs and kisses. Having the talent to sing, it makes me more
in love with him. He loves to eat and eat and eat and eat (just like me^^). He
is good in budgeting money and managing his time. To make it short, he’s not
really a perfect man but with his own ways, his strengths and weaknesses makes
him even more perfect for me.
We have many similarities that make us one with the things
that we like. We also have differences that make us understand and be fall in
love over and over again. We’ve already faced many misunderstandings, quarrels
and fights but we never treat those as reasons to leave each other but we treat
them as the building foundation in our relationship. With every fight we have
there’s a lesson and a new discoveries about us that really makes us understand
each other.
We may not be the perfect couple living a perfect life but
one thing that’s true and sure, TAKOYAKI & SHAWARMA will make this love
story as the one in fairytales, “HAPPILY EVER AFTER”. ☺
